Technical Department

In some of the investigations, our office conducts the technical requirements in order to aid the investigation along.

The technical equipment help the investigator to gather information, collect evidence, etc.

Our technical department installs security camera (seen and covert), wire taps, perform scans for hidden listening devices and disabling them, locate telephone harassers and more.

Telephone harassments

Our office has an advanced and professional system to locate telephone harassers.

A person might find himself being harassed over the telephone, whether on a land line or a mobile line, and would turn to the police. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always receive the required attention that it deserves.

Different clients also turn to an investigation office for help in locating a harasser that calls them dozens of time, during the day and the small hours of the night and severely damages their lives.

Our system knows to identify the “serial harasser” within seconds, even if the call is made from a payphone or an unlisted number.

The system knows to convert the digital sounds of the dialing tone of the caller into numbers.

Our office performed numerous investigations of this type and managed to locate serial harassers in a very short while.

Hidden cameras

In many investigations we are required to install hidden cameras in order to see up close the theft of goods or money, sabotage of equipment, machines or joint property.

Today, most businesses have security cameras, some out in the open and some hidden in order to record what is happening in their place of business during business hours and beyond.

Business owners request that a camera be installed above the register in order to see if any of the employees are stealing from it. The cameras are mainly used for security reasons and they can be used to see at what time a burglary took place and who the offenders were.

Today, it is customary to install CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) at the work place and to hook up the cameras to a hard disk on a computer. The cameras can also be connected to the internet, so the business owner can see what is happening while at home and/or any place with an internet connection (also through mobile 3rd generation networks). In some cases we install hidden cameras at the interrogation room in order to document the interrogation.

Hidden recordings

The recording is required to document what the subject is saying during an interrogation.

As mentioned before under the wire taps section, a recording is a legal matter, as long as the one who is recording is part of the conversation.

In many investigations, the private investigator is required to record his conversations with different people in order to have proof, in case the person later on denies the things he said during the investigation.

In cases where it is permitted, as mentioned above – an employer who is tracking his employee, or an insurance company that is being sued by an individual, undercover footage is permitted (along with the voice recording, which is done along with the video recording) and is an admissible evidence in court.
