Defamation investigations

The law regarding defamation claims has been recently updated, and now makes it easier for the claimant to receive a minimal amount that is stipulated by law without proving damages.

Defamation investigations Case study A:

A man approached us who after divorcing his wife of many years quickly married a younger woman.

Since then man comes from a field that involves a lot of meetings in certain places, his ex-wife and soon her girlfriends, started talking about our client and defamed him.

During our investigation we talked with about 10 of the ex-wife’s girlfriends and recorded them. Some have indeed defamed him while others did not.

Defamation investigations Case study B:

A man left his place of employment after having difference of opinions with his managers.

It occurred to him that as he was approaching new places of employment, his old employer is spreading vicious rumors about him, without having any ground or basis for such allegations.

In our undercover investigation in his former place of employment we discovered that they were defaming him, but not regarding his professional qualifications, but regarding other qualities which have no bearing on his professional qualifications.
