In C.I.B, we believe in in being pre-emptive, and instead of waiting for the moment where we discover that the tenant living in our apartment refuse to leave, which will then cause us legal charges and court orders, we can conduct a background check and an interview for any future tenant in your apartment.

We interview the potential tenants and check their history, both in terms of apartment renting as well as their social circles, place of employment, bank status, etc. So for a minimal amount and a short time one can find out whether the potential tenant will maintain his obligations as per the rental contract, both financially as well as keeping the apartment in good condition. This process is recommended for anyone who intends to sign a long term agreement.
